Meet a therapist like no other...

Jasey (they/them/theirs) is a California-based Associate of Marriage & Family Therapy (AMFT) and a certified specialist in LGBTQIA+ affirmative psychotherapy. They hold two AAs, a BS, and an MA degree in clinical psychology—alongside a trove of never-ending unique, highly sought Continuing Education Training certifications.

As a practitioner of predominantly Humanistic treatment modalities, Jasey's therapeutic specialties include: GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity), non-monogamy, narrative therapy, celebrity psychology / parasociality, intimacy coordination, non-violent communication, psycholinguistics, expressive arts therapy, and mobile mental healthcare. They speak as a psychoeducational lecturer within both academic and professional circuits, as well as providing personalized executive coaching for some of the state's top high-achieving industrial innovators.

Jasey is known for their clinical devotion and expertise regarding the topic of co-transition for non-binary / transgender relationships, as well as being the founder of SavePoint Mobile Mental Health, a first of its kind mental health triage unit designed to provide holistic biopsychosocial care for large-scale social events—such as fandom conventions and professional theatrical performances—for patrons, performers, staff, security, and crew alike.

A neurodiverse survivor and cycle breaker of abuse who knows what it's like to sit in the therapy chair and not receive the level of care deserved, Jasey has devoted their professional emphasis to a tapestry of values that include principles stemming from antiracism, understanding of generational trauma cycles, intersectional awareness, multiculturalism, positionality, power dynamic disassembly, and in-depth comprehensive training in trauma-informed care. Jasey has worked in intensely decisive treatment environments that include post-disaster relief, domestic violence / sexual assault recovery, and harm reduction—ranging from private practice, public health, and non-profit. They have also had the privilege to train with some of the most well regarded, expansively minded revolutionaries in the field of modern psychotherapy.

Jasey's work has been formally recognized with grant accolades from organizations such as The Kinsey Institute at Indiana University and the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. They also serve on the Board of Directors for Transcend Matchmaking, LA's first nonprofit matchmaking service centering the safety and vibrance of non-binary and trans dating communities. Jasey offers services to teens (17+), adults, couples or other relational structures, families, and groups—as well as professional peer-to-peer consulting and public speaking services.

In addition to their passion for therapy and seeing the best in others, Jasey is an enthusiastic chef, amateur photographer, devout reader, and doting pet parent. They spend their free time traveling between the West and East Coasts for both work and recreation, as well as collaborating, researching, and networking with other incredible colleagues and mentors.
